We completed construction on this superb new home last year, and as planned it is now on the market. We thought it would be a good idea to share the details with prospective clients to showcase the quality and value Oakenstone bring to our work.

Oakenstone were involved in the development of this new build home from the very beginning. Our team offered vital planning advice to convince the planning authority to allow the replacement of an existing bungalow with a two storey dwelling on this sensitive site. The success of this home is a testament to the skill and imagination of our lead architect, Richard Bradbury, who worked closely with the client and planning authority, and to the entire Oakenstone team which delivered this inspiring building.

The end result is a modern, super-insulated, super-comfortable which nestles snugly into the hillside offering incredible views from the front, whilst presenting a modest, single-story appearance to the rear.

Externally, our joiners created a flawless, expertly detailed timber clad finish above a first floor of natural stone.  Internally, the Oakenstone design team were able to guide the client to the high quality fixtures and finishes they desired, and to complete the look, our top notch finishing team made sure that everything was fitted and installed perfectly.
