Marcus has worked as a freelance consultant for over 20 years and collaborated with OakenStone since 2016. He has always been extremely busy – a testament to how good he is at his job – so much so that sometimes he was unavailable even to us, which is why we asked him to join the OakenStone team full-time.
Marcus is affectionately known as, The Finisher which may sound brutal but as he puts it, he gets to do all the pretty things; everything from plastering onwards is Marcus’ domain.
Tiles, paint colours, bathroom suites, door handles, light fittings, layout of sockets and so on. Marcus gives critical advice to our clients on how best to put the finishing touches to their projects.
He’s a climber, a dad, a sportsman and yet another geologist. Marcus has lived in Derbyshire for over 25 years and is a vital member of the OakenStone team.
