We completed this exceptional new home last year, and as planned it is now on the market. We wanted to share the details here to showcase the quality and value Oakenstone brings to our work.

Oakenstone were actively involved in this project from the very beginning. We convinced planners to allow us to demolish the tired bungalow on the site, and to replace it with this two-storey dwelling. The success of this home is a testament to the skill and imagination of our lead architect, Richard Bradbury.

The end result is a modern, super-insulated, super-comfortable home ,nestled into the hillside. It offers incredible views from the front, whilst presenting a modest, single-story appearance to the rear.

Externally, our joiners created a flawless, expertly detailed, timber-clad finish above a first floor of natural stone.  Internally, the Oakenstone design team helped the client source the high quality fixtures and finishes they desired. And to complete the look, our top notch finishing team fitted and installed everything perfectly.
